Who we are

Timora (mytimora.com) is an AI-powered task scheduling application. Operated by Moonera Companion.

Data we collect

  • Account data — email address for magic link authentication.
  • Tasks & plans — task titles, descriptions, priorities, due dates, and AI-generated plans you create.
  • Preferences — work hours, goals, reminder settings, and notification preferences.
  • Google Calendar tokens — OAuth tokens to sync your calendar (stored encrypted, only used for calendar sync).
  • Usage data — anonymous page views via analytics.

How we use your data

  • To authenticate you via magic link email.
  • To store and manage your tasks and plans.
  • To generate AI scheduling suggestions (via Anthropic Claude API — task data may be sent to Claude, not stored by Anthropic).
  • To sync events with Google Calendar (if connected).
  • To send weekly summary emails and task reminders (if opted in).

Cookies

  • Session cookies — for authentication (NextAuth).
  • Analytics cookies — privacy-preserving analytics (no cross-site tracking).
  • Preference storage — theme and UI preferences in localStorage.

Third-party services

  • Vercel — hosting (EU region).
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting.
  • Resend — transactional email (magic links, weekly summaries).
  • Anthropic — AI plan generation (task titles/descriptions sent to Claude API; not stored).
  • Google — Calendar OAuth (only if you connect Google Calendar).

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you have an account. Completed tasks older than 90 days may be archived. You can delete your account and all data by emailing us.

Your rights (GDPR)

EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
